^ Capped National Calls:

Capped Calls made to any STD number Australia wide is available anytime and is at the capped amount up to 180 minutes where any portion of a call outside capped call times will be charged at 18c per minute.

Phone Plans:

You can choose any one of four (4) ONEphone Home Phone Plans where the service is provided to you as a single telephony service or as a bundled service with any ONEbroadband plan.

All applications for the service are subject to an myONE credit assessment and acceptance. myONE supplies these services to you on the terms of our standard form of agreement. The Agreement is made up of your application, the General Terms and Conditions and the Product Terms of Service, standard pricing tables and any relevant appendices and contains full details of the services and the terms and conditions of supply of each service including charging, billing, terms and cancellation. Copies of all the documents that make up your Agreement (excluding your application) are available on the myONE website at http://www.myone.com.au/legals

Paper Invoice Fee:

A $2 fee will apply if you choose to receive a paper bill posted to you. To avoid this fee you may change to an electronic bill sent to you by email by changing online at http://www.myone.com.au/accountmanage. Single Bill: myONE may place your service on a single bill with one or more other services that you have with myONE. All services will be itemized separately on your invoice. Payment for services is strictly 14 days from invoice date.

General:

Payment for services is pro rata in advance billing and monthly invoices are 14 days payable. All prices include GST. All calls are charged at the standard rates which are billed in 30 second increments. These terms and conditions are in addition to and form part of our standard customer service contract which can be view under the Product Terms of Service.

ONEphone International Call Rates

The table shows you how much it costs to call each country which is charged to you by the minute.

Call rates are shown in both the fixed and mobile rate for each country. International Rates (PDF)

A call connection fee of $0.35c per call is also charged for making these calls.

Home Phone Connection Fees

In some instances you may be liable for a Home Phone Connection charge where there is no current connection.

 

This may be due to the following;

  1.  
    1.  - If you don't have a phone and want to connect a home phone
    2.  - If you have a home phone and want to add another
    3.  - If you're moving home and want to organise a new home phone connection or transfer your current home phone services to a new address.

A working telephone socket from a previous connection exists at your new address and a Telstra technician is not required to visit

A previous telephone service has existed at your new address and a Telstra technician is required to reconnect existing cabling at the distributor and / or the first socket.

Complex home phone connection

 

(a) New telephone line connection - a telephone service has not previously been connected at your new address (although we may have previously installed cabling and you may be able to hear a dial tone);

Or

(b) Telephone line connection with a technician visit and cabling work - a previous telephone service has existed at your new address and a technician is required to install and / or work on the cabling up to the first socket.
